UK: All orders sent via Royal Mail UK first class

International/EU: All orders are shipped using Royal Mail's economy international service. This service is not tracked so we can't accept any responsibility for items loss or damaged in the post.
International delivery times will vary depending on delivery destination and may also be subject to import taxes.

Return Policy
Return policy for Randolph & Mortimer

If you are not happy with the product then please return within 14 days of receipt. Refunds are the merch and the initial postage costs, buyer is responsible for any return postage costs. Please retain proof of postage for any returns.

Randolph & Mortimer is not responsible for any damage during delivery but we will have proof of postage incase a compensation claim needs to be made against the delivery firm.

Please note we can't refund for any merch that has been worn, soiled, damaged by the buyer.
